International Moving

International moving is a specialized form of shipping. It involves the shipping of household goods. These can start at several boxes continue with less than container load (LTL) and finally fit a complete 40 foot container. Typically, a moving company is involved in the origin where it takes care of packing the goods and placing them into a container. The container is then placed on a truck for ground transportation or loaded onto a ship that traverses the seas. On the destination side there will be customs to be taken care by agents and finally delivering the container via truck to the destination house where another moving company takes care of unloading and placing the goods in each room.
